What we collect
Account details you give us (email, username, display name, profile photo and banner, bio), content you create (posts, replies, direct messages, uploaded chart images), and technical data needed to run the site (sign-in sessions stored in your browser, basic usage and error logs).
Why we use it
To run your account, show your profile and posts to other members, deliver subscriptions you pay for, keep the platform secure, and fix problems. We do not sell your personal data.
Who processes it
Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see or store your full card details. Market data comes from public providers such as CoinGecko and CoinPaprika, and news headlines from public RSS feeds; these services see only your request for data, not your account. The platform is hosted on Lovable Cloud.
Cookies and storage
We use browser storage only for essential functions such as keeping you signed in and remembering your preferences. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile information from your account at any time. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated content by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your profile and personal content, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Retention and security
We keep your data while your account is active. Access to private content is controlled server-side, and uploaded media is stored privately. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the platform so other members can only see what you choose to post.
